A Gangnam Tart specialty shop 'TARR TARR'/ Please enjoy lots of pretty tarts dessert!



A new tart shop was recently opened on the hill road of Gangnam Station. I did not eat tart for a while because I didn't have a tart shop near my house. But I can not help find that there is a good shop on Gangnam Hill Road!



Tart specialty shop TARR TARR located at the beginng of a hill road of Gangnam Station. The neon sign of the shop is pretty and you can find it right away.
It is feast of fancy tart in the shop! There are lots of pretty tarts on display.




The size of the tart is small. The tarts remind me of Itaewon TARTINE. Itaewon TARTINE's tarts were also small compared to the price, but the tarts of Gangnam TARR TARR are smaller than TARTINE's.



My favorite lemon cheese tart is out of stock. I will take the next opportunity.
If you say tart, Egg tart is also typical, but today I want to eat a cheese tart. Dare to choose cheese tarts.



The second choice of tart is a citron tart that seems to be fresh.



 There are also dome chocolates and grapefruit Montblanc tarts.


Mocha crunch tarts and Oreo tarts are next time!



If there are products on the first floor of TARR TARR, there are tables on the second floor.




Even though there is a rather large space, is full of people.




There is also a terrace. The day I visited it was raining and people did not use the terrace.


These are packed yuza(citron) tart and cheese tart.

Yuza tart is filled with cream which filled with citron scent. I was surely able to eat it freely even it is so sweet. The cheese tart was also very good. I don't feel at all in putting the cream cheese filled with plenty into the mouth. Tart bread is moderately crispy and gives a good texture.

Tarts in Gangnam TARR TARR are dessert with different genres from Itaewon TARTINE. Contrary to TARTINE which used the original flavor of the ingredients, TARR TARR hit the cream with a lot of scent of ingredients.

It is difficult to evaluate which is superior. However, it seems that TARR TARR's tarts will be more suitable for coffee and beverages.

Gangnam 'BRICK OVEN'/ American style 'New Yorker pizza' in Seoul


I visited BRICK OVEN Pizza, a hearsay that it will taste the most American style pizza in Gangnam. 
BRICK OVEN Pizza is located on the Gangnam Hill Road. The location of the restaurant is opposite the large cafe ALVER in Gangnam.


BRICK OVEN Pizza is a pizza house made by a Korean-American president who is aimed at foreigners in Seoul. Most of the employees are foreigners. 

At one time, it was said that Koreans were dissatisfied because they did not receive orders in Korean. Today, I was able to place orders without problems in Korean. Maybe it was a change in the number of Koreans.


There is no American mood in the dining room interior. But The atmosphere of the restaurant is excited. Nowadays, most of the tables have been enjoying pizza and beer together because of the fashion.


Menu plate of brick oven pizza. The first thing I ordered was a New Yorker pizza. The price is 32,000 won for 2~3 people and 48,000 won for 4~5 people.

I ordered packing. It is time to go home with a pizza that takes about 15 minutes.



I arrived home and opened a pizza box. This is the New Yorker pizza recreating the taste of America. 

BRICK OVEN Pizza's New Yorker pizza is topped with generous amounts of toppings. I see homemade Italian sausage and smoked ham that catches my taste. 
This ham is the maker of American flavor. BRICK OVEN It tones the overall taste and atmosphere among the toppings of pizza.


Ground beef with a chewy taste. The pork chops and the chewy texture make the pizza more enjoyable.
Crunchy vegetables, rich ham, and ground beef proportions are combined to give a colorful texture.


Try a piece first. Bombardment of various mouthpieces in appropriate salty! There's a cheeky dow! It is heaven of texture. 



I then sprinkled cheese powder and red pepper powder and ate it.
Wow! If you have brick oven pizza, try the red pepper powder that you packed together. The new world of taste opens at the moment of eating. Salty and spicy, spicy and Salty. 

Korean Gochujang sauce is spicy and sweet with sugar. The brick oven's pizza blows a onetwo punch.


I have never been to New York, but I thought that eating New York pizza would be delicious. 


After a while I visited BRICK OVEN Pizza again. I ordered potato pizza packing this time.


Potato pizzas in BRICK OVEN are potatoes that slice thin like potato chips. If you like wedge potatoes or want to make potatoes rich, you might be a little disappointed.




Uniquely, it is well sprinkled with green onion toppings. So, if you bite into potato pizza, you will come up with a sweet flavor just after the strong cheese flavor.

It is a non-standard device, but it is a hidden accomplice that makes pizza more delicious.

BONAPPETIT Guro branch/ An italian restaurant in the G-Valley Mall, Seoul



Today's lunch place is an Italian restaurant BONAPPETIT Guro branch.

Is BONAPPETIT a nice restaurant? There can be controversy. It's a branch restaurant and taste is ordinary.
Nevertheless, This is worth introducing. There are not many restaurants in the Guro Digital Complex that can enjoy more than average Italian food in a good atmosphere.




It is the interior decoration of the BONAPPETIT in Guro G-Valley mall. I want to give a big score to the comfort of the chair.

There are not many restaurants where you can have a meal with people with comfortable chairs in lunch time. BONAPPETIT is a good choice to enjoy food in a fluffy chair.




Today I chose lunch menu as lunch set.
On the BONAPPETIT menu, we ordered pen shell pasta, aglio e olio, Toowoomba pasta, and pizza di salami.

There is also a special set menu for BONAPPETIT, but it is a burden to order at lunch.





It is the pre-dinner bread first. The bread was warm and delicious.
I like the harmony that I eat in balsamic vinegar rather than the bread itself before going to any Italian restaurant.

Garden salad. It is a thankful menu for supplementing vegetables at lunch time. If BONAPPETIT have a salad bar inside, I can use here every lunchtime.


Then the pasta came out. I ordered Toowoomba pasta. Pasta also has the idea that cream should be included. Because the sauce is thick, it was the perfect menu for me who is creamy sauce mania.


 This is pizza di salami. It is tasty.


Aglio e olio pasta that I liked but it was a little ambiguous to me. The oil pasta seems to take the condition of the person who eats more than the chef makes well. Today I prefer cream pasta.


Pen shell pasta was a lot of shellfish than I expected. There are plenty of seashells in the name of pasta shellfish. Today I like cream pasta, but the real satisfaction was the highest of the Pen shell pasta. Seaweed can not escape pasta, either.

BONAPPETIT G-Valley Mall point. We had a good time in comfortable seats and nice interiors. The food was ordinary, But the atmosphere of restaurant was good and the dishes I thought were normal seem delicious.
