Itaewon The Flying Pan/ a fresh brunch menu 'Farmer's lunch'

Today's theme is Itaewon Brunch! In fact, all the food we eat between breakfast and lunch is brunch, but the menu today is eggs and bacon. 

I will introduce you to The Flying Pan, a Western-style brunch restaurant where you can enjoy eggs and bacon at Itaewon. 



The restaurant is located in a hafe underground, and it is a cozy feeling. I would like to meet the foods that will make my morning more relaxed.

I was worried about what happened if we were only guests because of the early hours. But diligent people come first and enjoy brunch.


I sat down and watched the menu. The menu called 'Farmer's Lunch' is fun. What do farmers eat? Somehow, the name of the farmer's lunch seems to be a healthy image. So I ordered a farmer's lunch.


The farmer's lunch consists of cucumber pickles, baked vegetables, cheese, white bread and two ham, apple halves, three coconut jujubes and two spices. It looks simple but the taste is abundant when you actually eat it. 

Well grilled white bread is nice as I chew. Apples are more delicious because it isn't sour. The thick ham was also good. If you eat a combination of various ingredients, you can enjoy a colorful brunch.



The best combination was to put the cheese on the white bread and eat it with the sauce. 



The spices served with the menu are stronger than others.


The morning of Itaewon ordered with the farmer's breakfast. It is a textbook composition called egg and bacon. There are fresh vegetables.



The Flying Pan's brunch materials are not special, but each one was crisp and delicious. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy a brunch.
