Yago Mandoo/ Where to eat a midnight meal in Itaewon

There are places in Itaewon where you can eat midnight meal. I think that Seoul, especially Itaewon is a city that does not sleep at night.

I entered the road opposite the Hamilton Hotel and found a dazzling dumpling shop 'Yago Mandoo' with light.

It is located on the first floor of the building, which is easy to find. A staff of Yago Mandoo is making dumplings. The smell of food and steam coming from the steamer tempts I to enter the shop.

Yago Mandoo shop is narrow and long inside. Some 4-person tables and long table seats on the wall coexist.

I decided to sit down and place an order. The menu is on the wall. Yago Dumplings menu includes various kinds of dumplings including shrimp buns and buns, ramyun, dumpling ramyun noodles, cheese noodles, tuna Gimbap, cheese noodles, and noodles and udon noodles.

Although there are no Tteokbokki and Tuigim, if you look for Ramyun or Gimbap in Itaewon, you might come to Yago mandoo instead. We ordered shrimp buns and udon because they wanted to eat more warm things.

Udon came out first. Udon of Yago mandoo is a plain noodle dish like thick, moderately chewy, and salty. I put some seasoning, Gim and vegetables on top of it.

Udon of Yago Mandoo is the usual udon taste. It does not taste good, but it does not taste bad. It is udon which can make body warm in the cold day.

The dumplings, the main menu of Yago Mandoo, came out.

Shrimp buns. The shape looks like a droplet. There are shrimp in dumplings. The taste of dumplings was delicious. There were not many shrimp sheep, but the price here is cheap.

I was grateful that I could eat dumplings that would make my belly stay late at night.
